“JoAnne will transform your spaces! She has an eye for how things should go together and will talk you through the process. My aha moment came when she asked me, “who are you saving this for?” I had never thought of it that way. We first worked on my daunting pile of photos. I didn’t know where to start, and she methodically and patiently started a process of organization for me that worked. A herculean task (or so I thought) that I’d put off for years went far faster than I thought possible.

JoAnne breaks things down into bite sized pieces and is amazingly efficient with your time. She shows up with boxes and other useful tools of her trade and dives right in. She is great at providing resources for items you no longer want or need, and I appreciate that they don’t just get discarded. She also knows what works for storage solutions from bins and acrylic containers to how and where to store photos. She measures drawers and shelves for you and helps you put it all together.

Since photos, JoAnne has helped me organize my dreaded storage room, and I was completely shocked when we were finished. I had no idea it could look like that! She rearranges and groups things into practical categories. She also helped me tackle my Tupperware cupboard (yes, it all used to fall on my head, so she moved it to a drawer and rearranged my kitchen areas). We also tackled my laundry room and mudroom.

I’m always a little anxious about the project when she arrives and elated when she leaves. JoAnne is absolutely the best at what she does. I find her to be extremely professional, knowledgeable, and organized. She does it all with an unflappable attitude and big smile. I thought she would run away when she saw my storage room, but she was completely unfazed and ready to tackle it bit by bit. Throughout all of the projects, she continued to surprise me with her smart and creative solutions.
